We don’t just want to be competitive. We want to be the best.
The Best Companies Group and the Credit Union Journal named us one of the 2016 and 2017 “Best Credit Unions to Work For.” We are looking for someone who can help us attract and retain top talent, not just so we can be a competitive employer, but so we can continue to be the best.
We are Ascend Federal Credit Union, a not-for-profit financial cooperative mutually owned and governed by the members we serve. With more than $2 billion in assets, 185,000 members and 550 employees, Ascend is the largest credit union in Middle Tennessee and one of the largest federally chartered credit unions in the United States. The National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU) selected Ascend as the 2015 Federal Credit Union of the Year, and we are consistently identified as the top credit union in Middle Tennessee by the Nashville Business Journal. We were also awarded as one of Training Magazine's Top 125 in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
