The Commercial Documentation Specialist and Closer is responsible for performing loan transaction analysis and coordinating closing actions for commercial documentation as well as issuing a clear to close to authorize loan closings. Independently interprets internal credit approvals, outside counsel documents, and other lender loan documents to perform closing tasks. Follows up with internal and external stakeholders for collection of pre and post-closing documentary requirements. Interacts with and supports internal and external customers to ensure high satisfaction level. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of loan documents for commercial transactions, regulatory requirements, credit policy, collateral, and insurance. THIS WILL BE A HYBRID POSITION, 2 DAYS IN OFFICE, 3 DAYS WFH. SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

Provide support to Fraud and Security staff in researching and reporting fraud and security events.
Provides all back-office processing for Consumer Lending Department, including but not limited to, consumer loans, home equity loans, small business loans, credit cards, and new accounts. Under the direction of the Branch Manager, develop new business through the promotion of Credit Union services to new and existing members. The Service Desk Analyst's role is to ensure proper computer system operations so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This position will work closely with other members of the Ascend Information Technology team to support the overall mission of the organization and its long-term strategic business initiatives.

The Marketing Analyst works as a key member of the Marketing team to support the department and the organization's overall goals and strategic plans by conducting research and analysis. Ascend's Multimedia Producer produces all photography, videography, and animation for Ascend's marketing department. This is a full-time, exempt position requiring you to work independently and on-site for production requests. In this role, you are responsible for planning, capturing, and executing video content, photoshoots, headshots, photo editing, refreshing stock images, overseeing a content library, managing an archive library, aiding with design and animation. Additional assignments may include Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts and Content Management System (CMS) updates to improve SEO. The Business Analyst reports directly to the SVP of Deposits and Payments and is responsible for providing operational support enabling business capability and driving business value. The Business Analyst supports internal business units by performing forecasts, analysis, report development, trending analysis, product roadmap implementation, and other business planning support. Furthermore, the role will support through the collection, aggregation, and reporting of data to inform product/sales strategy recommendations based on analysis of profitability, competitiveness, and product performance. Collaborates with key stakeholders and project/program teams to assist in defining business requirements for project scope and to ensure objectives are met within prescribed timeframes and budgets and provides insight into existing data; interprets results by providing insightful and forward-looking analysis and research. This is an onsite position in Tullahoma, Tennessee.
