The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the marketing vision, strategy, and calendarization of the brand's portfolio of products and services. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define business outcomes, understand the voice of the member, and drive go-to-market strategies. Requires in-depth knowledge of the organization's objectives and can prioritize action autonomously. Owns project scoping, briefing, and calendar process to determine what brand/product/services features should be communicated and explains why they are needed. Serve as a liaison between key business stakeholders to define, develop, communicate, and execute strategic plans. Own and drive recommendations for the roadmap and refine and prioritize based on business objectives, member research, competitive dynamics, and data analytics. Manages Marketing Project Specialist/Lead in efforts to streamline project needs throughout the credit union. Build a unique, differentiated, ownable positioning for Ascend Federal Credit Union and translate to all messaging platforms to inform execution of results-driven marketing communications. Demonstrate good judgement and works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
