Effectively deal with members and staff in all areas including problem solving and conflict situations. Continue to become familiar with credit union financial center operations and procedures by performing assigned duties, responsibilities, and projects throughout the credit union. The Commercial Servicing Specialist will work with the Commercial Lending Servicing team to maintain and service commercial loans, including but not limited to booking loans, conducting loan audits, processing payoffs and payments, processing paid loans, lien recording, preparing and recording releases, loan maintenance, and preparing loans for scanning and filing. #LI-Onsite
The Commercial Lending Review Portfolio Analyst is dedicated to managing and executing the annual review process in the gathering of updated financial information as required; performing systematic post-close data reviews of commercial loan originations, modifications, and relationships within the core system and loan administration software; and maintaining ticklers and covenants as they pertain to annual review relationships.
