The Business Analyst reports directly to the SVP of Deposits and Payments and is responsible for providing operational support enabling business capability and driving business value. The Business Analyst supports internal business units by performing forecasts, analysis, report development, trending analysis, product roadmap implementation, and other business planning support. Furthermore, the role will support through the collection, aggregation, and reporting of data to inform product/sales strategy recommendations based on analysis of profitability, competitiveness, and product performance. Promote and advise members of credit union products and services. Responsible for balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash and check totals.

Performs a variety of loan servicing functions in connection with consumer loans including processing the final closing and distribution of paid off collateral loans, loan maintenance, title guarantees, ancillary product maintenance, and provides support for retail staff.

This is a full time position totaling 40 hours per week.

The IT Service Management Lead will partner and collaborate with all levels of IT management and staff to lead change and drive systematic improvements across our core services with respect to service management/service delivery. The incumbent works with the business and service providers to define the proper metrics and KPIs in evaluating service delivery quality and performance levels.

This position is located in Murfreesboro, TN The Application Analyst reports to the IT Manager, BAS and holds responsibility for the support, integration and modernization of credit union financial and back-office applications and systems. The role is accountable for maintaining and modernizing vendor applications and core platform services, through a combination of hands-on production support, on-call rotation schedules, maintenance of new and/or existing applications, and software code development. Additionally, the Application Analyst develops credit union automation software in languages such as C#, SQL, PowerOn, and other modern-day programming tools.
