Under the direction of the Branch Manager, develop new business through the promotion of Credit Union services to new and existing members. Create a positive member experience by ensuring that members receive high quality and courteous service in all interactions. Uncover member needs when opening and modifying all account types including: certificates, IRAs, Coverdell, HSAs, etc., originating and processing consumer loans, and when assisting members with other miscellaneous requests or services. Under the supervision of the VP of Internal Audit, the Senior Auditor will be involved in conducting detailed reviews and audits of various credit union and branch departments. Duties will include preparing formal audit reports and interacting with credit union personnel regarding audit findings and recommended corrective actions. The Senior Auditor is afforded the opportunity to undertake more challenging projects, participate in overseeing of the completion of more difficult internal and external audits and examinations, and is expected to assist in the management of important projects undertaken by the credit union at the request of Internal Audit as well as credit union management. The job requires an in-depth understanding of accounting and auditing principles.#LI-Onsite
Build and maintain successful member relationships by opening new member accounts, while ensuring supporting documentation is received, reviewed and acceptable according to established policies and procedures. Provides information and credit union services to the membership through interactions by telephone, web message, email or mail. #LI-Onsite
Receive, greet, and provide a variety of service functions for credit union members and non-members. Direct members and non-members to and assist with the Teller services experience.#LI-Onsite

Create a positive member experience by accurately and efficiently processing routine transactions including cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, processing loan payments and money transfers. Promote and advise members of credit union products and services. Responsible for balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash and check totals.#LI-Onsite
Assume primary responsibility for one or more of the Essential Function groups for mortgage servicing as assigned by the Mortgage Servicing and Closing Manager. Cross-train and be familiar with the remaining Essential Functions and be prepared to assist or serve as a back-up for those functions. Answer calls and e-mails from members regarding their real estate loans, post loan payments, participate in day-end procedures. Assist with other projects as assigned by the Mortgage Servicing Manager.#LI-Onsite
The Mortgage Processor II is responsible for providing quality member service. This position communicates directly with members, loan originators and third parties in a professional and effective manner to collect all loan documentation necessary to underwrite, obtain final approval and move the loan through to closing for portfolio loans and loans being sold in the secondary market. Mortgage Processor II provides proper disclosures when required by applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on loan packages to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products. The Mortgage Processor manages an assigned pipeline of loans.#LI-Onsite
Develop, manage, and maintain all activities of the accounting department ensuring that procedures adhere to generally accepted accounting principles, credit union policies and federal credit union regulations. Oversee management of the daily functions of the department and incorporate credit union strategic initiatives into the operations of the accounting department. #LI-Onsite

Performs a variety of loan servicing functions in connection with consumer loans including processing the final closing and distribution of paid off collateral loans, loan maintenance, title guarantees, ancillary product maintenance, and provides support for retail staff.#LI-Onsite
The Marketing Insights Specialist works as a key member of the Marketing team to support the department and the organization's overall goals and strategic plans by conducting research and analysis. This role will produce the analytical work used to determine: targeting, segmentation, campaign goals, marketing performance, incremental business impact as a result of marketing, member insights, assist with qualitative and quantitative research, web analytics and more.
